This weekend Marshall’s friend Kyle came up from Portland for a visit and we didn’t let him escape without contributing some sweat equity. This weekend’s project: finishing sanding the mud and tape of the bedroom and then priming the walls. We are sooo glad to be done with this stage of the process. Drywall takes forever! Choosing colors and painting will be much more fun (we hope).

But the point of this post is really just to give a shout-out to all of those who have pitched in to help us with this enormous project so far, and especially Judy, Ray, Kendra, Magali (big time!), LaRosa, and Kyle. And, since we’re far from finished, all the rest of you will have time to add your names to the list.

Come on over, we’ll put you to work!
